Online cancellation
Signed-in users with a Stripe billing customer can open the Stripe Customer Portal to cancel a paid subscription online.
Cancellation stops future renewals according to the option confirmed in Stripe Customer Portal or by Tsumu support. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless mandatory law requires it or Tsumu approves a refund.
Tsumu may approve refunds for duplicate charges, billing errors, accidental purchases reported promptly, serious service failures, or other reasonable cases.
If an AI credit add-on is refunded, partially refunded, reversed, disputed, charged back, canceled, suspected of fraud, or granted in error, Tsumu may remove, void, or reduce the related purchased AI credits.
If a dispute is later resolved in Tsumu's favor, any credit restoration is handled by manual support review unless Tsumu later automates that restoration or mandatory law requires a different result.
If you cannot sign in or the billing portal is unavailable, email support from the address linked to your account.
Data after cancellation
Cancellation does not delete projects, workspaces, chats, imported sources, notebooks, or account data.
When paid access ends, paid-plan memory features, including chat-to-memory review, may pause if the account is outside current plan limits.
You can still request account export or deletion through Settings or support.
